Workload Planner

We have an open position available for a workload planner CityJet Operation. This position is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) at our facility, located at Copenhagen, Denmark.

SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance is an independent maintenance facility for a large range of regional jet and turboprop aircraft. The company has about 300 employees, of which about 200 works at the home base facility, located at Maastricht Airport, and just under 100 at various airports across the world.

We have a great team of experienced technicians, supported by a strong support group consisting of various departments like warehouse, shipping, tool store, purchasing, planning, engineering, ICT and finance.

Task description / Responsibilities include

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with CityJet to monitor and control fleet maintenance, both scheduled and unscheduled, including modification programs.
  • Prepare scheduled maintenance tasks, including maintenance data, material preloads, tooling, and facilities.
  • Report work progress to SAMCO and CityJet on all maintenance activities.
  • Provide weekly manpower schedules and update staff accommodation rosters.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers for maintenance services (e.g., borescope, NDT), process purchase orders, and verify invoices.
  • Identify tooling requirements for maintenance tasks and ensure timely delivery and return.
  • Highlight tooling requirements for maintenance checks, ensuring timely delivery and return.
  • Participate in daily customer meetings and pre-maintenance input and forecast meetings.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Station Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
  • A technical background with knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • Familiarity with AMOS and TRAX maintenance programs are an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good level of computer skills and applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook (SharePoint is a plus).
  • Communication skills in the English language in word and writing.
  • Strong skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
