SAMCO is looking for support in the base maintenance department. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) permanent position at Maastricht Airport, the Netherlands.

Application description:

During an aircraft maintenance project, an efficient division of personnel is required. The “Manpower Planner” is responsible for allocating or scheduling all staff for both the long and short term using an ERP system for the location in Maastricht as well as the allocation of staff to the various outstations.

Task description / Responsibilities include:

•Enter, adjust and improve time registration for SAMCO permanent and hired employees as well as the invoicing projects.
•Supervise the allocated man hours.
•Monitor the Manpower requirements of the various hangar projects and adjust that information where necessary.
•Support HR tasks related to technical staff.
•Report and provide administrative support to the Base Maintenance Manager.
